Thank you for choosing QuantoniumX. This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, billing issues, and payment disputes are handled. By purchasing any subscription, premium feature, digital product, or paid Service, you acknowledge that you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products and Services
QuantoniumX provides digital educational products and subscription-based Services, including AI-assisted conversations, AI-generated educational insights, personalized educational profiles, premium guided challenges, educational programs, practical exercises, premium platform features, subscription plans, and downloadable digital resources. Because these products are delivered digitally and, in most cases, become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected during purchase. Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method associated with your account. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize QuantoniumX and its authorized third-party payment providers to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring payments. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation instructions applicable to your purchase platform. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests may be considered in situations including: duplicate payments; accidental purchases; unauthorized transactions; billing errors; technical issues that prevented reasonable access to purchased Services; failures caused directly by QuantoniumX; or other exceptional circumstances determined, at our sole discretion, to justify a refund. Approval of a refund in one case does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
5. Non-Refundable Purchases
Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the digital content has been delivered: completed AI conversations; AI-generated educational profiles; completed assessments; personalized educational insights; completed premium challenges; downloadable digital content; digital educational materials; partially used subscriptions; fully used subscription periods; promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases. Refunds are not provided solely because expected personal results were not achieved, AI-generated responses differed from personal expectations, educational content did not meet subjective preferences, or the user changed their mind after accessing the Services.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, we encourage you to contact QuantoniumX before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve billing issues promptly. Where permitted by applicable law, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Purchases
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, Paddle, or another authorized payment provider), your refund request may be governed by the refund policies and procedures of that third party. QuantoniumX cannot override or modify refund decisions made by third-party payment processors or app marketplaces.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.
