Refund Policy – QuantoniumX.com

1. General Terms

QuantoniumX.com provides digital products including mental block analysis tests, practices, challenges, and interaction with an AI companion. By purchasing access, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our digital offering, we do not provide refunds once access has been granted, except in limited circumstances outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The user has not accessed the full report or dashboard after purchase.

  • A duplicate payment was processed in error.

  • A technical error prevented proper access to the product (confirmed by our support team).

  • The customer purchased access by mistake and did not use it in any way.

Note for EU/UK Customers: In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal once digital content is accessed.


3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The user accessed the product and/or consumed content from the member area.

  • The user used up available AI chat credits or accessed AI responses.

  • The user changed their mind after gaining access.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective opinion after using the product.


4. Subscription & Additional Access

QuantoniumX operates on a one-time payment model. Once access is granted:

  • The $19.99 fee is not recurring, but must be paid again if AI usage limits are reached and user wants extended access.

  • Refunds are not issued for repeated purchases unless accidental or duplicated.


5. Refund Process

To request a refund (only if eligible), contact us at:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for refund request

We respond within 2 business days. Refunds, if approved, are processed via PayPro Global within 5–10 business days.


6. Chargeback Warning

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team first, your account may be permanently terminated, and future access denied. We always encourage resolving issues directly and professionally.

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • U.S. FTC guidelines on digital goods
