1. Information We Collect
Account Information: full name (if provided), email address, username, encrypted password, country/region, preferred language, subscription status, account preferences, customer support communications. Assessment Information: assessment responses, self-reported preferences, financial mindset responses, behavioral patterns, reflection inputs, completion history, educational progress. AI Conversation Information: questions, prompts, messages, reflection exercises, educational requests, personal development discussions, feedback. Unless expressly stated otherwise, personal information submitted through AI conversations is not used to train publicly available AI models. Challenge and Learning Progress: completed challenges, progress, exercises, milestones, recommendations, activity, achievement history. Subscription and Payment Information: limited billing information; payment transactions are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, Apple, Google). QuantoniumX does not store complete payment card numbers or bank credentials. Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, time zone, referral URLs, session activity, crash reports, diagnostics, performance metrics, security logs. Communications and Automatically Collected Information: name, email, support requests, feedback, surveys, login history, feature usage, navigation patterns, session duration, error logs, security monitoring.

We process your personal information only where we have a lawful basis. AI-generated content is provided solely for educational and self-development purposes and should never be considered professional advice.

4. Automated Decision-Making
QuantoniumX uses AI to generate educational insights and recommendations. The Services do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant consequences. Users remain fully responsible for evaluating information provided by the Services.

QuantoniumX does not sell your personal information. We may share limited personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, with carefully selected third-party service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI infrastructure, analytics, customer support, communication, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory authorities when required by law). All providers are contractually required to process personal information only on our behalf. In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

QuantoniumX operates internationally, and your personal information may be transferred to, processed, or stored in countries outside your country of residence. QuantoniumX implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards, which may include encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, authentication and access controls, role-based permissions, security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, software updates, fraud detection, and backup/disaster recovery. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Children's Privacy
QuantoniumX is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
