1. ORGANIZER

The QuantoniumX Rewards Program ("Program") is organized and operated by QuantoniumX ("Organizer").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.

3. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The QuantoniumX Rewards Program recognizes participants who complete the QuantoniumX 21-Day Challenge and submit personal transformation stories describing their experience.

Rewards are granted based on qualitative evaluation and are not awarded by chance or random drawing.

4. METHODS OF ENTRY

Participants may enter the Program by:

• Completing the QuantoniumX 21-Day Challenge; and
• Sharing their transformation story by:

a) Posting publicly on Instagram or YouTube and tagging @QuantoniumX and using #QuantoniumXChallenge; or
b) Submitting their story directly through the official submission form on quantoniumx.com.

No purchase is required. A free alternative method of participation may be provided where applicable.

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Entries must:

• Be original content created by the participant;
• Reflect genuine personal experience;
• Comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines;
• Not contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these requirements.

6. JUDGING CRITERIA

Entries are evaluated by the QuantoniumX review team based on:

• Authenticity of experience
• Completion consistency
• Depth of personal transformation
• Clarity and quality of storytelling

All decisions made by the Organizer are final.

7. REWARDS

Rewards may include products, experiences, mentorship opportunities, or other benefits determined by the Organizer.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at the Organizer’s discretion.

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Selected participants will be contacted using the contact information provided or through the platform used for submission.

Failure to respond within a reasonable period may result in selection of an alternative participant.

9. CONTENT LICENSE

By submitting an entry, participants grant QuantoniumX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Platforms Inc., or any social media platform.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for technical failures, lost submissions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting participation or reward delivery.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Program is processed according to the QuantoniumX Privacy Policy.

13. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for legal, operational, or technical reasons.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws determined by the Organizer’s registered jurisdiction.
